2. What data we collect
Email address (free report form)
If you submit the free-report interest form on this site, your email address is stored locally in your browser (“localStorage”) under the key orys_lead_email. This data remains on your device only until you clear your browser storage. No email is transmitted to our servers at this stage. When our email system is activated, your address may be used to send you the report you requested.
Server and access logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects standard web server data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URL and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and operational purposes and is not shared beyond what Vercel's infrastructure requires. Vercel's privacy policy applies to this data.
Google Fonts
This site loads the Geist typeface from Google's Fonts CDN (fonts.googleapis.com). Each page load sends a request to Google including your IP address. Google's privacy policy governs this data. If you wish to avoid this, you can block third-party fonts in your browser settings.
No analytics or tracking pixels
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics or behavioural-tracking service on this website.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary to operate this website:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and edge network. Processes server logs.
- Google LLC — Google Fonts CDN. Receives your IP on font load.
- Resend — email delivery provider (to be activated in a future phase). Will be used to send the free report and related communications once the email system goes live. This policy will be updated when this changes.
5. How long we keep data
- Email stored in
localStorage: until you clear your browser storage. - Server access logs: retained by Vercel per their data retention policy.
- Once email delivery is active, we will retain email addresses for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose you consented to, and no longer.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason to keep it.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Restriction — ask us to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the support page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies for tracking or analytics. The only browser storage used is a single localStorage entry (orys_lead_email) set only if you submit the free-report interest form. You can delete this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when material changes are made — for example when the email system or other data-processing activities go live. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when this happens.
